Use
Cold therapy
Store the NAQI® Cold Hot Pack in the freezer at least 2 hours before use . Apply the NAQI® Pack maximum 20-30 minutes on the injury, but not directly onto the skin. Use the sleeve or a clean dry cloth. Repeat if necessary after a pause of 30 minutes. Use up to 2 hours.
Heat therapy
Make sure the gel inside the pack is evenly spread before placing the Cold Hot Pack in the microwave. Heat for appr. 3 minutes at a low intensity. Let the pack cool off for appr 30 seconds before placing it onto the skin. The NAQI® Cold Hot Pack can also the heated in water. Heat the water up to 60°C and fully immerse the NAQI® Cold Hot Pack for 5 minutes. Wait for appr 30 seconds before applying.
